I had this dream on December 31st, 2022, after saying goodbye to my beloved puppy Seungmi.

I was at home when my grandmother, dad, and uncle left for a trip. After seeing them off, I went to an amusement park with Seungmi, my precious companion.

We rode a Viking-like attraction together—one of those rides with individual separated seats, similar to a gyro drop. I held Seungmi close and chose the very last seat. Next to me, there was another person also holding their puppy during the ride.

I cradled Seungmi against my chest with my left arm, and I could feel her little body tense with anticipation each time we rose higher into the air.

Later, we went kayaking on a waterway filled with alligators. Their mouths gaped wide open, which frightened us initially. However, since we hadn't heard of any alligator-related accidents at this location, we gradually relaxed and continued our adventure.

Eventually, Seungmi and I made our way back home. I knew in my heart that she would always be there waiting for me, no matter where I went.
